By accessing or using Evently, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Platform.

Evently is an online discovery and listing platform that helps users discover events, venues, vendors, and related event services.

Evently may display information submitted by businesses, vendors, event organizers, users, or other sources.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Evently is not itself the event organizer, venue owner, vendor, service provider, or promoter listed on the Platform.
